Custom Made to Measure & Bespoke Garments:
The length of time for a custom made to measure commission will vary depending on the design and the client’s specifications. Please contact us at info@sarahhollebon.co.uk to book a free consultation in order to discuss your specific garment.
Postage
Postage within UK is calculated at check out for all orders in SHOP. Depending on the order, we might give options for postage. They will be: 1st class, 1st class signed for, or 2nd class signed for. We deliver with Royal Mail.
Postage for all orders outside UK are calculated at check out.
Postage is free on orders over £80.
Upon dispatch you will receive an email with delivery instructions.
Collection can be arranged from our studio too: 26 Kingly Street, Carnaby, London W1B 5QD
Custom Made to Measure & Bespoke orders are strongly advised to be collected from studio. We can arrange special delivery, please contact us info@sarahhollebon.co.uk
Returns Policy
Accessories and Limited Edition Garments
We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. However, should you wish to return an item, please in the first instance email us at info@sarahhollebon.co.uk
We only accept items within 35 days of the invoice date, unworn, tags attached, and in its original packaging. Upon receipt a full refund will be issued.
Buyer pays return postage and is strongly recommended items returned are tracked.
Custom Made to Measure, Bespoke, and Custom Accessories
As we work one to one with you, unfortunately custom made to measure, bespoke, and any custom commissioned accessory is non-returnable and non-refundable. However should you feel unsatisfied with your final garment / product, we will work with you to reach a satisfactory outcome.
